A go to list to smile

No adjective in the English dictionary could ever describe how wonderful it feels to be loved. To be loved is as important as loving others.

Spending time with someone who makes me feel loved is one of my most favourite ways to deal with those not-so-bright days. If one person could make you feel better, imagine being surrounded by a crowd that loves you?

Ah heaven!

Now, how do you know if someone loves you?

Here’s how.

Make a list of everyone in your life. Allot a minute to each person. Note the ones that bring a smile to your face. If the mere thought of someone makes you smile, then that person definitely loves you. As simple as that. Whosoever does that to you, make a separate list for all of them.

In this fast paced life, it isn’t wise to expect everyone on that list to be available on all 365 days. Here’s how you can always make use of their love for you while feeling low. Every time you feel low, take that list out, do the same exercise as mentioned above. All those smiles get added up, together they shift those dull, dark and greys to everything bright, happy, and pinks.

Why pink?

Not just because it is my favourite colour. Also because it is the colour of love.
